Orders and Payment
1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
3. Payment must be made at the time of ordering, via the payment methods provided on the

4. Within two hours of placing the order, you will receive the order confirmation email or a
verification call advising you the closest delivery time of your glasses. So having the right
contact information is very important to avoid any delays.
Delivery
Our delivery times are:
3 to 5 working days for single vision lenses in our stock range.
5 to 7 working days for multifocal and higher prescriptions.
More specialised prescriptions can take up to 4 weeks.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen, however
we will notify your delivery times once the order has been received and reviewed by us.
Non-tolerance
If you are not happy with your glasses, please do contact us by email.
We will check if glasses match the details you have given.
If it is a manufacturing error, we will make remake the order and send you the dispatch slip
online or post for you to post the glasses back to us.
If the prescription is faulty, you may need to take it to the Optician to have them re-tested and
we are happy to change the glasses free of charge once.This is unique to Specsonweb and we
are proud of it. No hassle just dazzle with us.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Specsonweb Limited. If you
are not satisfied, you may return the product under the following conditions.
Returns and Refunds
1. You may return most new pair of spectacles within [60] days of delivery for a full refund.
2. To return your spectacles if it does not meet your terms that we agreed, please use the
address found in the despatch/ invoice document.
3. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your
refund.
5. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 working
days. If we have any concerns, we will contact you mostly by email.
Exchanges
1. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at

2. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless
the item is defective. The cost of shipping is £4.99 for one pair of glasses per order.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the glasses are made faulty.
